1. Enrolled and Completed Not More Than One Non-Free Preview Course
If you have enrolled in a course and have completed not more than one non-free preview course within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:

- Course title
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
Please note that the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
2. Completed the Entire Course with a Practice Score Above 90% and Failed the DBT Certification Exam
If you have completed the entire course with a practice score above 90% and have failed the DBT Certification exam, you are eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:
- Your full name
- Course title
- Date of purchase
- Practice score
- Date and result of the DBT Certification exam
Please note that the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exclusions:
Refunds will not be granted if you:
- Request a refund after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Have completed more than one non-free preview course
- Have not met the conditions for either refund scenarios
